THE MONETARY TORUS a New Global Money System by James Jaeger
If money is energy, why not treat it like an electrical grid. My new monetary system is thus very simple.Instead of using money as a "medium of exchange" or a "store of value" -- both antiquated concepts -- use money as a "perpetual stimulus." In other words as a fuel. The way this would be done is with basically one simple rule:
PAY THE PERSON JUST WEST OF YOU.
In other words, everyone sends one half of any and all money they receive (wages, fees, salaries, donations, dividends, interest, rentals, etc.) to the person who lives just WEST of them.
So if my neighbor is Joe and I receive $100,000 per year, I simply cut checks amounting to $50,000 to Joe each year. I can spend the other $50,000 on whatever I want in the economy.
Luckily, the guy that lives just EAST of me, Sam, is doing better and better every year -- in no small part because HIS neighbor, Sue, is also doing better every year.
So, with THE GLOBAL TORUS, AND a circular planet (such as the one the Universe has granted us) it won't be long before everyone has great FAITH in their money and is just as prosperous and happy as they can be. After all, everyone will have a constant cashflow; be able to donate to their neighbors (the collective); be able to vote with their dollars on specific products OR invest in new businesses with the other half of their receipts. Who looses?
Eventually people will realize they can do things for each other and build better things without the crutch of money. Eventually the general welfare will rise and crime will become a thing of the past, thus there will be no need for oppressive and insane governments to "keep the criminals in line." No governments means more energy (money) for more positive endeavors. More positive endeavors means more money for technology and exploration. More exploration and technology means the human race gets off this shitty little rock in the middle of outer space and does something worthwhile with its existence.
The rest of the Universe is watching and waiting. Some are laughing at the billions of pea-brains that permit the "elite" to enslave us all in a debt-based monetary system that only eunuchs and madmen, stuffed with greed and insecurity, could possibly have vomited upon a world.
Enough said. Next problem.
