The Company, directly or through its MME franchises, is fully or partially financing the production of one or two feature films a year and will increase its output to five or six pictures a year by the fifth year of operations. On selected projects the Company will enter into third-party financing through co-productions and/or pre-sales.

Documentaries which increase public awareness on important subjects are produced as a secondary function.

The Company endeavors to produce movies that are of interest to its stockholders, talent and executives on a wide range of mainstream subjects as well as niche markets. Emphasis is placed on production of high quality films with reasonable budgets - original films that emphasize the upside of life or that depict how the negative-side might be avoided. The Company also places an emphasis on producing for diverse audiences as well as hiring a diversity of talent, crew, staff and executives.

Motion Picture Budgets

Although Matrixx Entertainment is privately funding Matrixx Production's initial production slate at budget levels between $400,000 and $1.5 million, the Company may also arrange third-party (private and studio) financing to co-produce B+ and A- pictures at budget ranges of $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. The Company currently has 85 screenplays under option, a number of which are star-vehicles intended for sale or co-production at ranges of $25,000,000 to $85,000,000.

Mini Mogul Productions

The Company is actively developing the careers of new filmmakers by training, sponsoring and financing production franchise companies - each of which may eventually have, and attain, similar production goals as those mentioned below. Such productions start out as student and semi-professional productions and are financed by Mini Mogul Enterprises as follows: twenty 1-Day Shoots budgeted at $400 each, ten 2-3 Day Shoots budgeted at $4,500 each, five 6-Day Shoots budgeted at $12,000 each and one 18-day Feature budgeted at $175,000.

Five-Year Production Goals

The Company endeavors to increase its production of features each year by at least one so that by the fifth year of operations, it will see the start of five or six features and have a library of about fourteen, several of which will still be in theatrical or home video release and in permanent release as video-on-demand. Matrixx Productions anticipates producing higher budget, A Pictures for MEC, as viable and as warranted by the literary property and elements at hand. It is almost impossible to state what future in-house production budgets will be as such will greatly depend on the success of the Company's past productions, its ability to raise additional funding with third-party entities and market conditions at the time.

Ten-Year Production Goals

It is the Company's goal to have at least one start and one completion each month by the tenth year of operations. Most features from this time on will be at least six-month projects. At some time, the Company may hire a second Vice President of Production and begin initiating simultaneous feature projects. By doing this, it is anticipated the Company will be able to greatly increase its output. The Company's production goal by the end of the tenth fiscal year will be 12 to 24 features per year, however there can be no assurance that the Company will meet this goal or that such goals will not change
