dNa DevelopMent, a division of Matrixx Entertainment Corporation, has developed a medium- to
high-budget feature-length motion picture primarily intended for cable TV or possibly theatrical.
The Company has arranged financing from the private capital markets for the initial development
and packaging of the project which includes, to date, a third draft screenplay and indications of
interest from a director.
dNa DevelopMent is looking for an active partner who will
finance the balance of sums itemized in the Development Budget plus $28,361 and
who will receive associate producer screen credit (hereinafter "Associate Producer") in consideration
for such financing and supervisory duties plus:
This project, with all elements including the option on the life-story/book,
The Back Room (as distinct from the purchase of the book),
screenplay drafts, budgets, indications of interest and contracted elements),
is available for outright purchase for the sum of $795,000, negotiable participation and
two producer screen credits, one on the head title credits and one on the tail title roll.
